This Terms of Sale agreement outlines the terms, conditions, and policies related to the 1-hour Creative Coaching Session currently available for a limited-time promotional price of $100 CAD (regular price: $150 CAD). The promotional rate is valid only for bookings made before 11:59PM PST on May 15, 2025.
This package includes:

A 30-minute review of your submitted materials (up to 3,500 words or equivalent)

A 1-hour Zoom coaching session

A follow-up email within 3–5 business days summarizing key takeaways, suggested next steps, and a replay link (if recording is permitted)
Payment is accepted via PayPal, TransferWise, or e-transfer.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Missed Sessions
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 CAD reschedule fee will apply unless due to emergency circumstances. Any excess payments made can be refunded or applied to a future booking, depending on your preference.
Refund Policy
If you are deeply unsatisfied with your session, you're eligible for a 50% refund under the following conditions:

You agree to a 15–20 minute follow-up discussion to review what was lacking.

Only the most recent session is eligible for refund if you booked multiple.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your final feedback and call recording.
Materials & Submission Guidelines
There is no limit to what you can submit, but the included review time covers up to 3,500 words. You are encouraged to come prepared with specific questions, notes, or samples for a more focused and fruitful session.
Confidentiality
All work, ideas, and creative materials submitted and discussed during your session are kept strictly confidential. We will never share or distribute your content without your written permission.
Session Recordings
Your coaching session may be recorded for your personal use. A link to your session replay will be provided as part of your follow-up package.

Recordings are never shared publicly and are stored securely.

You may request that your recording be deleted at any time.

If you prefer not to be recorded, just let us know before your session begins.
Currency & Payment Notes
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
International clients are responsible for any currency conversion or transfer fees charged by their financial institutions. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
Future Products
These Terms apply specifically to the 1-hour Creative Coaching Session as outlined above. Additional products or services offered in the future will be added to this agreement with clearly marked terms.
